Training

We offer tailored Radiation Protection Training to meet your specific needs and the unique uses of radiation in your environment. Our training ensures that your team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to work safely and fulfill the Information, Instructions and Training requirements.

Accidents Investigations & Dose Assessments

In an unfortunate event of an accident involving radiation exposure, we provide expert assistance in investigating the incident and conducting dose assessments for exposed individuals to ensure accurate reporting and safety compliance, and reviewing control measures to prevent recurrence.

Under Regulation 32(2) of IRR17, any new or re-installed equipment capable of producing Ionising Radiations must undergo a Critical Examination to confirm that all safety features and warning devices function correctly, and that the equipment provides adequate protection before it is put into routine use.

Our qualified specialists carry out comprehensive Critical Examinations, ensuring your equipment meets legal requirements and is safe to operate.

We also offer periodic testing and performance evaluations of X-ray systems to help maintain compliance and optimise equipment performance.

Leak Testing of Sealed Sources

Sealed radioactive sources must be tested for leakage at least every two years, as required by legislation. Our specialists can perform these statutory tests on-site, including wipe sampling and analysis using calibrated radiation counters, and provide a formal certificate confirming the integrity of your source.

More frequent testing may be necessary in high-risk conditions such as hot, humid, or corrosive environments or if any damage or maintenance could have affected the source containment.
